Each apartment is a separate business premises, with a separate land and mortgage register, giving the possibility of free sale on the secondary market and any creation of mortgage. It’s a full form of ownership.

CAN I SELL AN APARTMENT AT ANY TIME?

Yes, of course. The apartment is a separate premises with the established land and mortgage register, so each owner can freely dispose of it. The investor reserves the pre-emption right.

HOW CAN YOU EARN A LIVING ON THE APARTMENT?

By concluding a long-term lease agreement, the owner of the apartment receives a share from income, in a 50% / 50% – ratio – details are regulated by the lease agreement.

WILL IT BE NECESSARY FOR ME TO USE THE APARTMENT, DEAL WITH REPAIRS AND DEVOTE MY OWN TIME TO IT?

The Operator hereby undertakes to cover all costs of maintenance and current repairs, therefore the Investor is not by any means obliged to participate in the process of renting and/or managing his/her apartment.

CAN I USE MY APARTMENT?

Yes. Even if the apartment is granted for management purposes, the owner can use it as a Member of the DuoVita Smart Apartments Club. In addition, the owner can benefit from the extensive internal infrastructure of the complex,
as well as external on preferential price conditions.

CAN I DEDUCT VAT ON PURCHASE OF THE APARTMENT ONLY WHEN I AM AN ENTREPRENEUR OR A COMPANY OWNER?

No. Both entrepreneurs and natural persons can deduct VAT. On your behalf, tax can be refunded free of charge or the advice can be delivered by our tax consultant.

WHAT IS AN INVESTMENT GUARANTEE?
